Kids loved it. We stayed in the castle hotel which was nice. The evening three course meal was superb but the breakfast seemed like everything was microwaved. Generally very expensive but the kids loved.
Hotel is amazing! Stayed in a Wizard room, the attention to detail is fab. My 3 month old baby loved the lights above the bed. Staff were efficient, looked after our luggage and took it all to the room. Would of been 5 stars, but the service in the restaurant for breakfast was poor. They were extremely short staffed, to the point that lifeguards were serving tables! Waited 40 minutes to be seated, even though we were booked in. Then waited another 15 minutes to be served. Awful service, miserable looking staff and surrounded by dirty tables. Spoilt our stay.
Great experience for kids and adults (honestly) alike. Really good rooms and proximity to park made the day more relaxing. Breakfast very food. Dinner not bad. Free toys and other touches made it very special

Truly awesome for the kids. We'll set out rooms for family. Rooms have a kids section with a play station for them to be out of the way. There is a fun activity for the kids when they get to the room. My kids are 6 , 3 and 1 and they all loved it. The hotel is rather expensive but it is a great time for the kids.
