It's nice but really a room in a house in middle of housing estate

Nice place. Clean. Very basic, can be a bit noisy with dog and other people in the house. Very expensive for what it is- 85 for a Saturday night, no breakfast with an early 10am checkout. Pillows flat, need changing.
I stayed here for 4 nights for work and it really was one of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed in. I was made to feel welcome, the room was big, very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing! The host is very welcoming and I would 100% recommend this guest house. I loved my stay here you get great WiFi and sky tv! The area is peaceful so I was able to sleep really well.
