Had complaints from the wife that parts of the house were cold and the radiators didnt get warm enough. Called Andy who came straight over and quickly diagnosed a problem with our pump which he was able to swap out for a new one. Andy was Quick and efficient, neat and tidy with no mess. Our house is now lovely and warm and more to the point, the wife is very happy! :-) Excellent service from a nice bloke.
Found them to be super reliable - been out 2 times for different issues (unrelated to them). When I found another leak on a radiator they worked on they came out within 3 hours of calling them and did not charge me.Friendly, reliable and great service.
No option to give no stars. ATP have completely mucked up out heating system, after just being asked to fit a shower pump!! This should have been an easy straight forward job. I've never been ripped off as much and left in a much worse position. Will NEVER be using them again. Still having problems today - looks like the whole system will need to be re-done.
We have used Andy for plumbing jobs in the house and have found him to be very reliable, professional and friendly. He does those messy jobs in a clean and efficient manner. We always turn to Andy for our plumbing issues and would highly recommend him.
Andy from ATP did two jobs for me and I was delighted with both. One was to go and deal with a leaking tap with a tenant and the other was to balance all my radiators, fit a new TRV and deal with a weeping soil pipe. He dealt with both very swiftly and for an extremely reasonably price. I would gladly recommend him to others.
