It is really great to find a reliable company that not only attends promptly but is also very professional. I have used Berkshire East several times over the years from a full boiler installation to replacing shower units, each appointment has gone smoothly with a friendly engineer explaining what work would be carried out and each time i have been very pleased with the service. We had a replacement boiler and a new radiator done. It was all done in a day, very clean and tidy, no mess, everything explained. Impressed.
I have been very happy with the service I have had from Berkshire East over a number of years. They have carried out all of the plumbing and gas work I have needed (boiler servicing, fitting shower pumps, leak repairs, repairing and fitting toilets, sinks, taps, radiators etc) My own experience is that Berkshire East is very professional, provides good value and is focussed on customer service. Had a new boiler tank and all old tanks removed. Great job carried out quickly professionally and efficiently. Would highly recommend and having used many times before if you find a problem or are not happy Berkshire East rectify with no arguements to ensure as a customer I am happy.
Came out to quote for a boiler upgrade and a few other bits and pieces. I was promised a quote back the following week. Since then Ive chased the quote 4 times over the last 6 weeks and still nothing. Id highly recommend not wasting your own time and effort contacting Berkshire East as theyll never get back to you!
